Koreatown Dodgers

I snapped this picture of baseball fans watching Ryu starting in last week's Dodger game. Pretty much everyone in the photo is Korean (the photo was taken at the galleria near Vermont & 5th in K-town). The place was packed! Everyone clapped whenever Ryu got a strikeout, and they cheered for him at the end of "close call" innings. Most striking was the hush in the room the rest of the time - everyone was rapt.

Their solidarity was moving, such a beautiful sight to see.
